CUSTOMER SERVICE / CLERICAL

Radio Engineering Industries, Inc., a growing electronics manufacturing company, is seeking a very organized, detail oriented individual that possess excellent customer service skills to join our customer service team. 

Duties include but not limited to:

• organize and prioritize work to meet department and customer demands promptly, accurately, and efficiently
• receiving, packing, and shipping product
• handling customer inquiries and follow-up
• communication with other departments within the company
• data entry
• general office duties

Minimum requirements:

• two years computer experience
• two years customer service experience
• able to lift 35 pounds
• good communication skills
• strong organizational skills
• ability work independantly
• packing and UPS shipping experience a plus*

This is full time day position, Monday - Friday.  Salary negotiable.
