Software Support  - Healthcare/Optometry
 
Responsibilities
  • Train, Implement and Support Customers with Optometry Office Software
  • Secondary responsibilities
    • Participate in future optometry software development initiatives decisions
    • Participate in development of optometry software training materials
    • Participate in testing optometry software releases
 
Required Qualifications
  • Highly computer literate
  • Customer relationship focused
  • Organized with the ability to work in a dynamic changing team environment
 
Advantageous Qualifications
  • 2 years optometry office experience or equivalent
  • ABOC or CPOA or equivalent
