Immanuel Communities is seeking a Environmental Services Manager I to work atThe Landing located at 3500 Faulkner Drive, Lincoln, NE 68516. The Landing has 90 independent living, 34 assisted living and 14 memory support apartment homes.
The schedule for this position is 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday, Weekends and Holidays could be required during on call.
Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

Job Duties & Skills Required:
What You Will Do
Manage and maintain the mechanical operation of all systems on the campus. The responsibilities of this job include preventive maintenance and repair of equipment, coordinating apartment turnover, monitoring and creating budgets, oversight of housekeeping and overall look and quality control of support services, and project management on the campus.
Skills & Requirements
Four (4) years of experience in building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC equipment experience is required.
