Clarkson College is currently seeking an Undergraduate Nursing Clinical Program Administrator. This position serves as a role model, teacher, consultant, change agent and facilitator in assessing learning needs of clinical staff/students in planning, implementing and evaluating programs and activities for undergraduate nursing students. This position oversees clinical site instructors in their instructional role and maintains contact and assists in establishing contracts with numerous clinical sites. This position takes direction from the Undergraduate Nursing Director and Assistant Director, acts as a liaison between the program and the clinical sites, and provides direction to students during clinical process.

Required Qualifications:

* Master's degree from accredited college in education, the arts and sciences, or health-related fields required.
* Minimum two (2) years of higher education teaching experience required.

* Minimum two (2) years experience in a clinical registered nurse position required.
* Minimum one (1) year of management experience required.
* Strong leadership, organizational, oral, and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate as part of a team with diverse constituents required.
* Demonstrated capabilities in customer service and strategic prioritization required.
* Ability to work in a consultative role with a broad range of constituents, including outside vendors, academic departments, interdisciplinary faculty committees, and College staff and leadership required.
* Self-starter and team-builder; ability to set clear expectations required.

Current nursing licensure in discipline in the State of Nebraska or compact state required.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Doctorate (terminal) degree in related field of study preferred.

* Three (3) plus years of management experience preferred.

* Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, Survey Monkey, Learning Management Systems preferred.
