WAREHOUSE WORKER

Standard Heating and Air Conditioning, a locally, employee-owned company with a strong 50 year tradition, is currently looking for dependable individuals who want to be part of our team. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Must be able to complete projects independently and without regular supervision.
• Maintain a professional image and appearance.
• Certified on use of boom and scissor lift (manual lifts) for movement of supplies and materials.
• Load and unload trucks with the assistance when available.
• Distribute materials, parts, and supplies to customers or coworkers, based on information from incoming requisitions.  
• Verify incoming shipments against the vendor material invoices to ensure the order is complete and undamaged.
• Responsible for maintenance of inventory including adjusting, repairing or assembling.
• Responsible for disposal and record keeping of damaged/defective items.
• Additional duties or responsibilities as assigned.

.QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be available for flexible scheduling of work hours and overtime as required.
• Must be able to effectively use and operate hand tools.
• Must possess basic math skills, with the ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to be insured by the Company to drive a company vehicle.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Requires the ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 55 lbs. as needed.
• Requires working indoors and outdoors in varied environmental conditions.
