SUMMARY
As the Key Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding relationships with our key customer(s). You will be responsible for implementing strategic initiatives, resolving issues, analyzing sales data, and identifying opportunities for business development.
Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between the customer and Conductix-Wampfler (CXW), ensuring effective communication and collaboration on joint projects and initiatives. This person will (1) work with top CXW management throughout the Americas and its European counterparts and (2) be responsible for networking and developing relationships with top management at the assigned customer accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (and any other duties that may be assigned):

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, which are critical for daily interactions with Inside Sales, Outside Sales, other departments, and customers. The role requires troubleshooting, effectively communicating, and resolving issues in collaboration with other parties.
