Overview:

40 hrs/wk; M-F. Provide first-level technical support and assistance to all hospital staff and associated outside users on approved software, hardware, and communication systems. Perform troubleshooting diagnostic techniques, assist with user security, set-up and replace computer and communication equipment which includes network onboarding. Must have good customer relations skills, be a self starter and able to work in a face-paced ever changing environment. Information technology and help desk experience preferred. Microsoft product experience required. Minimum of 2 year degree in Information Technology, Information Technology certification or comparable experience.
