Rehab Lead Therapist

Duties: Rehab Lead Therapist
Evaluate, plan, and implement therapy treatments as requested by referring physicians. Work closely with patients and family to establish and meet treatment goals. Coordinate the patient workload with the staff. Support management team in daily operations.

Required Qualifications: Rehab Lead Therapist
* Minimum of two years of licensed physical, occupational, or speech therapy experience required.
* Bachelor's degree in physical, occupational, or speech therapy from an accredited program (APTA, AOTA,or ASHA) required.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal required.
* Excellent interpersonal skills required. Strong team orientation required.
* Ability to instruct and collaborate with others required.
* Ability to accomplish multiple tasks and prioritize activities required.
* Ability to problem solve through a well-defined approach required.
* License in the state of Nebraska as a physical, occupational, or speech therapist required.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire required, must be from an American Heart Association (AHA) endorsed program (effective for new hires starting January 1, 2023 or later).

Preferred Qualifications: Rehab Lead Therapist
* Previous leadership experience preferred.
