What You Bring to the Table

• 8+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is required.
• 8+ years in Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder and Audience Builder is required
• 8+ years of Data Warehousing data population for target structures such as Star Schemas, Snowflake Schemas, highly normalized data models, and file structures.
• 8+ years working with source to target mappings.
• 8+ years working with relational database; possesses a broad understanding of the current and prospective data architecture, and database performance tuning.
• 8+ years ETL staging environment development and 8+ years SQL programming in a DB2 environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Has ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with external and internal personnel.  Must be customer focused and excel in coordination of problem resolution.
• Flexibility to work in a changing, fast-paced environment and work with a sense of urgency and accountability.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data extension and SQL issues with Journey Builder team.
• Ability to effectively provide work direction to team members and delegate tasks; ability to train, mentor and provide constructive feedback to team members to meet or exceed performance in their job responsibilities.
• Strong project management skills are essential.
