Position Summary | The Manager of Administration and Operations in the Eppley Institute has oversight of the Institute’s operations and administrative services. These include human resources, academic and staff personnel, facilities, infrastructure and capital project management, fiscal and business management and other administrative duties as assigned. The Manager of Administration and Operations reports directly to the Director of the Eppley Institute and works closely with the Executive Administrator of the Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center in the overall administration of the Institute. Will collaborate with the Eppley Institute Leadership Team, faculty and staff to advance the Institute’s strategic initiatives. External to the Institute, the position collaborates with the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Budget and Financial Compliance, as well as with peer personnel throughout UNMC, and represents the Institute in various University-level councils. |
