Position Summary
Provide specialized, responsible, knowledgeable, and be competent to perform the full range of duties and responsibilities necessary to support management in the efficient operations of all administrative functions for the Department of Epidemiology at the College of Public Health.

Ability to type at a rate of 60 wpm is necessary. Knowledge of correct grammar, punctuation and sentence structure. Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office 365 and digital tools, including project management and data visualization software. Organizational skills are critical for managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. Interpersonal skills, such as diplomacy and discretion, are essential for maintaining professional relationships and managing sensitive information. Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are crucial for addressing issues promptly and ensuring accuracy in all tasks. Flexibility and adaptability are also important, as the role often involves handling multiple priorities and adapting to changing demands.
