Position Summary |
LOCATED IN KEARNEY, SCOTTSBLUFF, OR NORFOLK, NE The College of Nursing Rural Recruiter is responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies aimed at attracting students from rural areas to the nursing program. This position does include extensive travel during peak recruitment season. The Rural Recruiter is expected to build relationships with high schools, community organizations, community colleges, state colleges, and healthcare facilities to promote nursing education and the college in rural areas. Additionally, the Rural Recruiter develops recruitment events and programming for prospective students across all rural College of Nursing (CON) divisions (Kearney, Norfolk & Scottsbluff). |
