Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our team. This individual will work closely with our product and technology teams to ensure that customer delivery and product milestone dates are met. The Technical Project Manager will collaborate with developers, product managers, UX designers, implementation teams, and support teams to drive timely and successful project completion.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (Responsibilities)
  • Infuses the Patch Values into your work ethic, every day and every interaction
  • Oversee project timelines, ensuring alignment with customer delivery schedules and internal product milestones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product management, UX, implementation, and support to identify and resolve potential roadblocks.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation to track progress and identify risks.
  • Facilitate regular project status meetings, stand-ups, and stakeholder communications.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication across teams to align expectations and priorities.
  • Work with product managers to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Monitor and report project performance metrics, escalating issues as needed to meet delivery commitments.
  • Drive process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
  • Identify dependencies across teams and proactively address potential conflicts.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members to ensure accountability and ownership.
  • Other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS (Qualifications)

  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members to ensure accountability and ownership.
  • Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Sitting for extended periods of time; approximately 5-6 hours per day
  • Simultaneous use of hand, wrist and fingers
  • Daily operation of standard office equipment
  • Frequent use of oral communication to perform work
  • Occasionally lifts and moves 7-10 pounds
