We are seeking a passionate and skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our team, where you will play a key role in developing our core product while mentoring junior engineers.

Role Overview:

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will lead the development of our platform from start to finish, covering both front-end and back-end development. You will integrate AI-driven features and architect scalable solutions, contributing expert coding knowledge while mentoring a team of three junior engineers. Your input will be vital in establishing the product's technical foundation, ensuring a robust, scalable, and optimized system for current and future growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Architect and maintain the front-end and back-end of the AI-powered search engine, including essential features like our agentic booking system.
• Develop AI Features: Collaborate with product teams to seamlessly integrate machine learning models and natural language processing tools into our systems.
• Mentorship & Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to three entry-level engineers, helping them with technical hurdles, reviewing their code, and sharing constructive feedback on best practices.
• Code Reviews: Ensure high-quality code through thorough reviews while promoting practices for maintainable code.
• Architect Scalable Solutions: Design high-performing back-end systems, databases, and APIs to accommodate increasing user demands and data complexity.
• Technical Documentation: Create and maintain clear technical documentation to support development flows, including architecture diagrams and API guides.
• Collaboration: Team up with cross-functional units (Product, Design) to deliver engaging features that meet business objectives and enhance user experience.
• Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance our technical architecture and AI capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in full-stack software engineering, including at least 1 year in a mentoring role.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies like React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Solid background in back-end technologies, including Node.js, Express, Python (Flask/Django), or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL, such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and their production integration (Experience with NLP, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, and tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, capable of troubleshooting complex technical issues through data-driven approaches.
• Strong communication skills for effective mentorship and collaboration.
• Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with AI-driven search engines or booking platforms.
• Familiarity with serverless architectures, event-driven systems, or GraphQL.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
