furnish Board Certified/Board Eligible personnel necessary to perform Psychiatry Services at the VA Western NY Healthcare System in Buffalo, NY. The requirement is for 3.0 FTE; one for Inpatient Clinic and two for the Outpatient Clinic. However, the offeror may submit a quote for the fulfillment of only 1.0 FTE. A multiple award will be considered, if in the best interest of the Government. The Contractor shall submit personnel that are agreeable to both inpatient and outpatient assignments.
