Family Practice - Without OB Physician

• Schedule would be M-F 8am-5pm, • 7 hours of patient contact time with 1 hour for charting/documentation per day. • Must be able to see all ages • Prior Epic EMR experience plus • Local (LA/LB/OC) candidates only Ideally, 4 or 5 days/week, 7 hours of patient-facing time each day with 1 hour for admin time. Avg about 18-20 patients per day, Epic EMR highly preferred. DETAILS: • Specialty/Unit/Profession: FMP (PCP) • Shift: 5x8, Days (8a-5p; patients from 8a-4:30p) Clock out for lunch. (Time worked = 8 hours.) • Duration of contract: 13+ Weeks • Practice Setting: Primary Care / Internal Medicine • Bill Rate: Negotiable • Coverage & Call Reqs: None • Chartung Software: Epic • Ave. Daily Census: 18-20 • Pateint Age Group: Adults • Procedures (if applicable): Great if they can do common outpatient IM procedures (biopsies, sutures, etc.) • Equipment: Normal equipment found in a primary care outpatient office.

• Board Certifications: Preferred but not required • License Certifications: Must have unrestricted CA medical license, DEA certificate, BLS or ACLS • State License: CA Required • DEA: Must have a DEA • Years of Exp. Required: Must have at least 2 years of outpatient primary care experience • Charting Exp. Required: Epic experience strongly preferred • Support Staff: Yes, there is support staff (practice manager, front office supervisor, medical assistants, patient care associates, etc. They will not have to supervise any staff.
