About You:
Comfortable engaging with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
At least 18 years old
Capable of physical work: moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
Reliable transportation to and from the work location
1-2 years of experience in merchandising
Experience leading and training teams
Able to use your smartphone or tablet to record work at the end of each shift
Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills
A motivated self-starter with a strong focus on action and results
Ability to work independently, while also fostering team collaboration
