Cases/Procedures:
• Fillings, Crowns, Bridges, Full & Partial Dentures, Root Canals, Simple and Surgical extractions, Invisalign, Hygiene Checks, Implant Placement and Implant Restoration.
• Wave One Rotary system and Invisalign experience is preferred but not required.
• Providers can refer out complex cases as needed. Patient education and bedside manner is equally as important as the procedures the provider is performing.

Requirements:
• State license required: Yes
• Certifications preferred: Invisalign Certification, Nitrous Oxide Certification (if required in the state)
• Certifications required: BLS
Credentialing Timeframe & requirements: Client requires a TB test completed within three days of accepting an offer, MUST BE A NEW TEST - TB Test is QGold. Our credentialing team will take care of everything to get you set up with taking that test.
